Watch and Pray

"  Then He came and found them sleeping, and said to Peter, "Simon, are you sleeping? Could you not watch one hour? Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak." Mark 14:37-38
This is much like Jonah in the boat. As the sailors were fighting for their lives, Jonah was asleep. While Jesus was struggling in prayer these three went to sleep. Could you not watch and pray for one hour is the question? And in most cases we cannot.This is a deep struggle for most believers. The inability to stay in prayer for any period of time. Yes, we want to but our flesh is weak.
