Jesus Is The Way, The Truth, and The Life
John 14:6 (ESV) 6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. Hebrews 10:19-20 (ESV) 19 Therefore, brothers, since we have confidence to enter the holy places by the blood of Jesus, 20 by the new and living way that he opened for us through the curtain, that is, through his flesh, Ephesians 2:18 (ESV) 18 For through him we both have access in one Spirit to the Father. John 8:31-32 (ESV) 31 So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed him, “If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, 32 and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

Jesus is The Good Shepherd
John 10:14-15 (ESV) 14 I am the good shepherd. I know my own and my own know me, 15 just as the Father knows me and I know the Father; and I lay down my life for the sheep. John 10:10 (ESV) 10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly. John 10:7 (ESV) 7 So Jesus again said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. John 10:9 (ESV) 9 I am the door. If anyone enters by me, he will be saved and will go in and out and find pasture. The Lord Jesus Christ is The Savior
John 3:17 (ESV) 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Acts 4:12 (ESV) 12 And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” Jude 1:24-25 (ESV) 24 Now to him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you blameless before the presence of his glory with great joy, 25 to the only God, our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion, and authority, before all time and now and forever. Amen. The Lord Jesus Christ is The Lamb of God
Jesus was born in Bethlehem which means the House of Bread in Hebrew and in Aramaic “ the House of Meat”. The primary source of income was sheep raising and they supplied the sheep for sacrifices in the temple. Do you think there was a significance of Him being born in Bethlehem. Isaiah 53:7 (ESV) 7 He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth; like a lamb that is led to the slaughter, and like a sheep that before its shearers is silent, so he opened not his mouth. John 1:29 (ESV) 29 The next day he saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, “Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world! 1 Corinthians 5:7 (ESV) For Christ, our Passover lamb, has been sacrificed. The Lord Jesus Christ is The Head of All Things
Colossians 1:15-20 (ESV) 15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. 16 For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him. 17 And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together. 18 And he is the head of the body, the church. He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in everything he might be preeminent. 19 For in him all the fullness of God was pleased to dwell, 20 and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether on earth or in heaven, making peace by the blood of his cross. Colossians 2:9(ESV) 9 For in him the whole fullness of deity dwells bodily, Jesus is God! Part of the Trinity! |
