" A final word: Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power". _ Ephesians 6:10
The admonitions Paul gives here indicate that Satan is a strong enemy and that we need the power of God to be able to stand against him. Never, ever underestimate the power of the devil. He is not compared to a lion and a dragon just for fun. The Book of Job tells what his power can do to a man's body, home, wealth, and friends. Jesus called Satan a thief who comes to steal, kill, and destroy.( John 10:10) No only is Satan strong, but he is intelligent and subtle, and he doesn't play fair.
" A final word: Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power."- Ephesians 6:10
Paul is talking to us here. If he had to say "Be strong" then this would indicate there are those who are weak in the Lord. The apostle John called these," little children." I way too many weak believers. They buckle under at every little trial or temptation. They are the ones always crying , complaining, moaning and groaning. They are the ones always asking for personal prayer because they are not strong nor are they growing strong. Are you a weak or strong Christians? Do want to be strong?
Let God speak to you daily from His Word. Romans 10:17 (NKJV)
" So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." You must allow God to speak to you from His Word. You must be strong in the Lord by the building up of your faith. Take time to read, study and meditate on the Word of God. Get alone, open your Bible, focus on a small portion of Scripture, write down what God is saying to you. Then obey.

We start with a thankful heart. Just this morning as I was in the gym, I began to thank God that I had the opportunity to exercise, a place to exercise and the ability to exercise. Start your day giving thanks.
" Give thanks with a grateful heart. Give thanks to the Holy One. "
