2 Chronicles 20:7-9 (NIV)
" O our God, did you not drive out the inhabitants of this land before your people Israel and give it forever to the descendants of Abraham your friend? They have lived in it and have built in it a sanctuary for your Name, saying, 'If calamity comes upon us, whether the sword of judgment, or plague or famine, we will stand in your presence before this temple that bears your Name and will cry out to you in our distress, and you will hear us and save us.' -2 Chronicles 20:7-9 (NIV)

God commands and demands faithfulness and allegiance. He is God over all. If we stray , rebel, He will send something or someone to cause us to look at Him. God is not mocked. We must be attentive to Him, obedient and faithful.

Abba Father, forgive me that I have not been Your faithful son nor servant. I have wandered away, strayed from the narrow path. I want to follow You faithfully, completely wholeheartedly, the rest of my days.  Help me to do so. Help to open my heart, eyes, ears to know You and to follow You.- Amen!

i" Lord God, you are merciful and forgiving, even though we have rebeeled against you." Daniel 9:9(CEV)

God continually forgives even though often we (I) sin, disobey and totally ignore Him. He is merciful and forgiving even tough I deserve punishment and discipline.

I thank You, Abba Father, for your compassionate and merciful love. Thank You that You forgive, cleanse, purify. I do not deserve any of Your mercy but I do thank YOU.- Amen!

" Stay joined to me and let my teachings become part of you. Then you can pray for whatever you want, and your prayer will be answered." John 15:7 (CEV)

It is assurance that if I am in Christ daily and His Word is in me, I can ask anything according to His will and it will be given to me. His will, I will know it if I am in His Word.

Abba Father, You said You have a plan and purpose for my life-what is it? You said - You will build your church- build it! You said You will pour out Your Spirit on all flesh- Pour Him out! You said You will sen the Holy Spirit to convict- Convict us!
I pray according to Your will, Your will be done.

" Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men,  since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving." Colossians 3:23-24 (NIV)

I got to remember that I answer to God, I am to work,serve, preach,and teach unto the Lord with all my heart, energy, passion.

Abba Father, I know that most of my works are in prayer and in the Word. Help me to be diligent and disciplined in the work of the kingdom.-Amen!

I am trying to let you walk with me through my daily time with the Lord. Each day I sit down with the Lord and first of all I give thanks. I try to start the day with an Attitude of Gratitude. Then I pick up my Bible and read. I have a reading I have followed for years. Then I read from two devotional books . Following that I write  in my journal. You are getting a peek into my writings. They are my expressions and prayers to my Abba Father. I hope they are some help to you. Could I get some response from you to know if they are working.
