the sacred writings

 "  And how from your childhood you have had a knowledge of and been acquainted with the sacred Writings, which are able to instruct you and give you the understanding for salvation which comes through faith in Christ Jesus [through the leaning of the entire human personality on God in Christ Jesus in absolute trust and confidence in His power, wisdom, and goodness]."-2 Timothy 3:15 (AMP)

Timothy had a godly mother and grandmother who taught him and led him in the way of the Lord. They taught him the Scriptures. I see so many today not even bringing a Bible to church. Not the parents, not the youth, and not even the children. Why? Is not the Word of God that important anymore? Why?

Abba Father, please touch the heart of the parents so open the Word of God before their children and to teach them, to show them how important the Word is.- Amen!
