The Outreach of the gospel: to everyone who believes.
" go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature." was Christ commission. And it has never change. That is why people continue to go to places that need the gospel. God does not ask people to behave in order to be saved, but to believe.
" For whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved."-Romans 10:13
It is still true today.
