" Then Paul answered, "What do you mean by weeping and breaking my heart? For I am ready not only to be bound, but also to die at Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus." So when he would not be persuaded, we ceased, saying, "The will of the Lord be done." -Acts 21:13-14 (NKJV) How many of us really pray, "Your kingdom come, Your will be done"? Or "not my will but You will be done"? Are we afraid to do so. Are we so selfish that we want our will over God's will? Those who pray and who follow God's will are those most fulfilled in life. Am I? Abba Father, it was a shock to hear of the deaths of those I have known over the years. But it only makes us aware of how fragile life really is and how quick;y death can come not only to the aged but the young. May I be prepared to die but to live now for You.-Amen!
