The Comforter
I want you to see how the Amplified Bible puts it: John 14:16 (AMP)
16  And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, and Standby), that He may remain with you forever—
What multiple functions the Holy Spirit has with us. He us a powerful person on our side, working for us and with us. How often has He comforted you? I am sure many times. He loves to do that.
