Solid Food and Fire

The Word of God Is Solid Food
Hebrews 5:12-14 (ESV)   For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the basic principles of the oracles of God. You need milk, not solid food,  for everyone who lives on milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, since he is a child.   But solid food is for the mature, for those who have their powers of discernment trained by constant practice to distinguish good from evil.
 
The Word of God Is a Fire
Jeremiah 20:9 (NKJV)   Then I said, "I will not make mention of Him, Nor speak anymore in His name." But His word was in my heart like a burning fire Shut up in my bones; I was weary of holding it back, And I could not.
 
Luke 24:32 (ESV)  They said to each other, “Did not our hearts burn within us while he talked to us on the road, while he opened to us the Scriptures?”
