Prayer and Fasting

Do you regularly communicate with God?( Prayer)
In chapter 5 of Matthew , Jesus says, Three times, When you pray- believing that His followers would want to talk with Him. He even gives us instructions on how to pray. We call it the Lord’s Prayer.
He also says, “When you fast” How often do you fast and pray? When I brought this subject up it got very quiet in our church. Very, very few even take this into consideration- “Fasting”. Really, are we serious about our relationship with Christ? Are we really serious about growing in Christ?
