Paul as a Leader

We can learn much from Paul as a leader. You might say, "I am not a leader" but you are. If you are a parent, a grandparent, you are. If you have a role in church, in school or in the place you work, you are a leader. I think Paul teaches us six crucial lessons about leadership in the first chapter of Romans.
(1) Leadership is about people_ Paul loved the Christians of Rome and he had never met them. Without people there is no leadership.
(2) Leadership is about prayer- Paul prayed for people he had never met.
(3) Leadership is about purpose- Paul had a plan, but submitted that plan to God.
