More on Paul's leadership:
(4) Leadership is about persistence- Paul continued on in spite of changes in plans.
(5) Leadership is about patience- Paul bloomed where he was planted, trusting in God's timing. We have people come to Mexico and never find their place. They seem to wander about not with plan or purpose. The do not bloom where they are planted.
(6) Leadership is about passion- Paul was passionate about the spiritual needs of people.
