We drink the milk of Word and then we eat the meat of the Word.
Hebrews 5:12-14 (ESV) 12 For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the basic principles of the oracles of God. You need milk, not solid food, 13 for everyone who lives on milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, since he is a child. 14 But solid food is for the mature, for those who have their powers of discernment trained by constant practice to distinguish good from evil. Paul lamented over the fact, he couldn’t share the meat of the Word with the Corinthians, they were living in the soulish and physically areas of life. Who of you think you are feasting on the Word of God and growing daily? Who believes you are walking in the Spirit as God commands us to do so? Do you truly desire to grow? Are you engaged in any type of regular Bible study? If not, why? Are you in the Word of God daily? I suggest you read Psalm 119 and just see how important the Word of God is to God and to you.
