Consumerism characterizes the Western world today. People use up everything they have. They are addicted to have the latest everything: phones, cars, clothes, tools, technology. People are unhappy until they have the latest gadgets. Be careful of such mentality. Be thankful for what you have not complaining of what you don't have. Count your blessings. Don't just want more stuff. Maybe you need to give some of it away. Test your heart before the Lord in this.
