To come to God confidently and boldly is to approach Him with a conscience that is at rest. When we live close to the Lord, our conscience is finely tuned-in to the Holy Spirit. Then we are sensitive  for His guidance in our lives. Then we are directed and guided by the constant leading of the Holy Spirit, When our conscience is at peace, then we can approach God's throne with confidence. Then we can bow humbly before the Lord with joy and peace.
" Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need."- Hebrews 4:16
