Luke Ten

You are aware I am just skimming through the chapters and in most cases bringing out what impresses me. In this chapter Jesus sends out 70 or 72 men. I would very much like to have seen that. We can't get very men in church today to do much of anything and certainty not go out visiting. When I was pastoring in Hitchcock we had a regularly schedule visitation night and it was Tuesday. It ended up that only two of us would go out visiting but it was one of the most exhilarating times. What joy and victory it brought to us. Why don't people visit anymore?
