Luke Eight

There is so much in each chapter of Luke and I hope you are reading and absorbing these eternal truths. We see in this chapter the women who followed Jesus. Then the incredible parable of the farmer scattering seed. Do you he is talking about three kinds of Christians. Then the parable of the lamp. Jesus says," To those who listen to my teaching, more understanding will be given." Next he says this," My mother and my brothers are those who hear God's word and obey it."  Next Jesus calms the storm. He does that even in our lives if we let him.  And one more thing: Jesus cast out the legion of demons in a man. Then Jesus sent him home and said," Go back to your family and tell them everything God has done for you."
