I know that many are struggling, it may be with health, finances or family situation( a marriage, or with your children or with some other part of your family.)  These areas of life we are most involved.
 
Several way you can deal with these problems:

1. You can stick your head in the sand and deny that they are there.
2. You can try positive thinking and refuse to accept them
3. Or you can try alcohol or other mind-altering drugs that will temporary help you forget.
   
4. And the fourth one is to deal with it the Biblical way or God's way. Let's just do that.
