1. God’s Revelation of Himself in Creation

Paul continues in verses 19&20 to say that God is revealed in creation as well as in the conscience of man. No passage of Scripture presents this more beautifully that Psalm 19 where David says the heavens declare and speak forth the glory of God.
The evidence of God’s personal and creative handiwork has been in creation from the beginning. No one can miss it:
Psalm 8:1-3 (NKJV)
1  O LORD, our Lord, How excellent is Your name in all the earth, Who have set Your glory above the heavens!
2  Out of the mouth of babes and nursing infants You have ordained strength, Because of Your enemies, That You may silence the enemy and the avenger.
3  When I consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, The moon and the stars, which You have ordained,
