Romans 1:17 (NKJV)
17  For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, "The just shall live by faith."
In order to understand " from faith to faith" we have to go to Hebrews 11:1 where it says,"Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." I like what Manley Beasley defines faith:" Faith is calling those things which are not as though they are."
As I explained Sunday it this way: Many are praying and hoping for the salvation of a love one, a friend, a co-worker, etc. We must move from the area of hoping to the area of believing. How do we do that? Begin to thank God for their salvation. Quit hoping and start believing. This doesn't answer the question : What is "from faith to faith?" I will get to that tomorrow.
