DO It Again, Lord

When I was doing youth ministry( for 25 years)  Sundays included a serious Bible study often through a specific book of the Bible using Sunday School material. Our discipleship groups followed a precise plan of discipleship. We rarely digress from the plan but Wednesday nights were a different story. I would pray and ask God to show me what to share with the youth that night. Sometimes I wouldn’t even know until I got up in front of them what God had in store for us. It was very unplanned and totally dependent on the Lord. Very Scripture based.
 
 I didn’t have a PowerPoint. Nor an outline. We didn’t have a praise band nor colored lights to set the atmosphere. Nothing fancy. It just came forth. The Serendipity, the spontaneity, often there was a Surprising outcome of the night.  I am hoping and praying we may see the Holy Spirit work in an amazing way.
