James 5:16 says,” The prayer of a righteous person is very powerful in its affect.”

 Ephesian 6:18 says,” Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere.”

Colossians 4:2 says,” Continue earnestly  in prayer, be vigilant in it with thanksgiving.”
