A Mighty Rushing Wind

Jesus gives a little description of the Holy Spirit in John 3:7-8 (ESV)
 Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’
  The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear its sound, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.”
He is like the wind. You hear and feel but you cannot see.
In Acts 2:2-3 (ESV)
2  And suddenly there came from heaven a sound like a mighty rushing wind, and it filled the entire house where they were sitting. “
Illus: A friend of mine was in a meeting with some men and they were on their knees praying. He said after it was over some of the men began discussing the prayer meeting and they ask my friend who was their guest, “Did you feel the wind?” It was so strong we could not get up even if we wanted to.” My friend said, he did not but these men experienced the mighty rushing wind, the presence of the Holy Spirit.
